Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to get your tackle where it needs to be:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Economical option for larger orders
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products with the same confidence we expect from your casts. If any item doesn’t meet your angling expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures resolution with professional precision.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sabiki rigs (due to their multi-hook configuration)
- Any used or damaged fishing tackle
- Custom or special order items
How to Initiate a Return

- Await Authorization – We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Package Securely – Use the original packaging when possible to prevent damage in transit.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
For size or product exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed (additional charges may apply for price differences)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective tackle (a rare occurrence with our quality control):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
