Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sabiki rigs (due to their multi-hook configuration)
  • Any used or damaged fishing tackle
  • Custom or special order items

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Await Authorization – We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Package Securely – Use the original packaging when possible to prevent damage in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

For size or product exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items
